Warehouse Manager
Job Description:
- Supervise and control daily output in warehouse to ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation.
- Overseeing the operation and escalating any issues found.
- Supervise and review the warehouse LSP performance (KPI)
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with other internal parties related to company or project requirements and implementation or execution of issue resolution.
- Investigate cases/issues, from identifying rot causes to developing recommendations for solutions
Requirements:
1. Proficient in English (oral and written communication skills)
2. Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
3. Highly motivated, energized, and can work under pressure
4. Great team orientation, excellent problem-solving skills & leadership qualities
5. Ability to work with all levels of company staff
6. Willing to take on business trip to other region.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Chinese
2. Proficiency with Supply Chain Management for warehouse management
Work Base:
Surabaya or Cikarang or Makassar (Need 2 candidates)
