Job description for Mandarin Speaker at Rindumu Official

Job Description:

  1. Manage and supervise daily activities of the operational team;
  2. Assist in staffing decisions, including scheduling and performance reviews;
  3. Monitor and analyze data to track operational performance and suggest areas for enhancement;
  4. Work with customer service teams to resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction;
  5. Prepare regular operational reports, summarizing team performance, process efficiency, and project updates.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a management-related field;
  2. ⁠At least 1 year of experience in Mandarin Translator or Assistant manager (preferred);
  3. Can speak Mandarin fluently;
  4. ⁠Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a certain level of proficiency in Chinese communication;
  5. Willing to work with high mobility.
