Job Description:
- Manage and supervise daily activities of the operational team;
- Assist in staffing decisions, including scheduling and performance reviews;
- Monitor and analyze data to track operational performance and suggest areas for enhancement;
- Work with customer service teams to resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction;
- Prepare regular operational reports, summarizing team performance, process efficiency, and project updates.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a management-related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in Mandarin Translator or Assistant manager (preferred);
- Can speak Mandarin fluently;
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a certain level of proficiency in Chinese communication;
- Willing to work with high mobility.
