Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Requirements

Indonesian citizen with High School

Prefer having customer service or similar related working experience, but Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Proficient at Mandarin at min HSK level 3

Able to communicate effectively to all internal and external customers through written and verbal communication

Proficiency in using basic office software, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Ready to work on shifting

Willing to be placed in Semarang
