Looking for a full-time Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
We are looking for a Mandarin Speaker with strong fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin to support our daily business operations. This role will act as a translator and interpreter for meetings, project coordination, and communication with our Chinese management, expatriates, and clients
What you'll be doing :
- Act as an interpreter during meetings between local staff, expatriates, and Chinese management.
- Assist internal staff with Mandarin translations in daily work.
- Translate documents (Indonesian ⇆ Mandarin) accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with Chinese clients and partners, including by phone, email, and in person.
- Provide translation support during site visits and project surveys.
- Ensure smooth communication between local and Chinese stakeholders
Qualifications & Experiences :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Mandarin proficiency: HSK Level 4 or above (required).
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin.
- Experience as translator/interpreter is an advantage.
- Willing to support both office and site/project activities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude
