Strategic Assistant Manager - MANDARIN SPEAKER
Responsible for the market situation, user trends, and competitor dynamics of the C network market in Indonesia.
Key responsibilities
- Produce market analysis reports based on market situation, user trends, and competitor dynamics
- Formulate phased marketing promotion strategies, user activation strategies, and growth tactics based on local market characteristics
- Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize content direction and activity tactics, providing strategic support for market operations
- Conduct market data review and campaign performance evaluation
- Iterate and optimize marketing tactics to improve overall conversion efficiency
About you
- Proficient in Mandarin
- Excellent logical analysis and reporting and communication skills
- Strong understanding of market planning, data analysis, and strategic optimization
- Skilled at identifying local market demands
- Able to independently develop market strategies and optimization plans
- Overseas market experience preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, market research, business strategy, growth, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
