HIRING – Mandarin-Speaking HR Manager (5 Positions)
📍 Ciruas, Serang, Banten – On Site

We are looking for 1 male and 4 female HR Managers to oversee factory HR and administrative operations.
Requirements:
- 25-40 years old.
- Diploma degree minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing/factory HR.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and overtime policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and office administration.
- Strong employee management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle recruitment, payroll administration, attendance, BPJS, employee relations, and factory administration.
Salary: IDR 10-15 million/month.
Benefits:
- Statutory social security and religious holiday allowance (THR).
- 12 days of annual leave after 1 year.
- Overtime paid separately.
Working Location: Ciruas, Serang, Banten.
