Salary: IDR 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 / month (negotiable)
PT Onmuse Industrial Indonesia is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Assistant to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily quotations, assist in contract preparation, and maintain accurate sales records working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily sales quotations and price lists accurately and on time.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining sales contracts and supporting documents.
- Prepare and update sales lists, records, and related reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with Indonesian-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Handle general sales administration and document filing.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the sales team.
Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field; Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales support or administration is preferred; motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Willing to work on-site at Priskila Tower, Cengkareng, Tangerang.
- Willing to work Monday – Saturday.
