We are seeking a Mandarin Project Assistant to join our team in North Jakarta on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and project support, with a specific focus on facilitating communication and coordination across Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. This position is crucial to ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining effective communication channels, and supporting our project management team in delivering high-quality outcomes. You will act as a key liaison between our Indonesian operations and Mandarin-speaking partners, clients, and team members, ensuring that language barriers do not impede project success.
What you'll be doing
Provide Mandarin language support for project communications, including translation of documents, emails, and project materials as required
Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and organisation, including managing timelines, meetings, and deliverables
Serve as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the project team, facilitating clear and effective communication
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records in both Indonesian and Mandarin languages
Support the project management team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and database maintenance
Handle correspondence and communication with external partners and clients in Mandarin
Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and status tracking activities
Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management
