Responsibility:

This is a full-time WFO role for a Customer Service (Mandarin Speaking) position at Concentrix in Yogyakarta site. The role involves providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Min Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree holder.

Possess fluent Mandarin

Have Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in shifts.
