Qualifications
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (B1 / Standart) for written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer requirements
Organizational and time management skills to ensure timely responses
Proficiency in using common computer applications and support tools
Diploma degree or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
Previous experience in an on-site customer service or similar environment is advantageous
