Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries.
Handle correspondence (CO).
Provide high-level administrative assistance, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Translate official documents, emails, and correspondence for the Director, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
