EZPZ Indonesia is a trusted partner for foreigners starting their business journey in Indonesia. We go beyond basic company setup by acting as a reliable guide for our clients, assisting with company establishment (PT PMA), stay permits (Investor/Working KITAS), corporate bank account opening, and other services tailored to their unique needs.
To support our ongoing growth, we are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Manager to direct daily operations, uphold process standards, and manage operational resources.
Key Responsibilities
Run day-to-day operations, set team goals, and manage overall performance to meet business targets.
Execute operational strategies that support company growth, strengthen market presence, and boost revenue.
Identify workflow bottlenecks, build structured processes, and maintain high-quality service standard
Oversee operational spending, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients, vendors, and external partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: At least 3–5 years leading a team in a related role.
Skills: Sales, leadership, great at problem-solving, process optimization, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
Performance Record: Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and consistently hit business targets.
Working Location
South Jakarta, Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
