Placement: Yogyakarta
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media strategy, with a specific focus on TikTok.
Has a portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns, both organic and paid ads.
Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with engaging storytelling skills in both languages.
A deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, content trends, short video formats, and features such as effects, sounds, and TikTok Shop.
Experienced in using monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or Meltwater to track trends and campaign effectiveness.
Proficient in TikTok Ads Manager, including managing ads for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Familiar with advertising strategies such as in-feed ads, top view ads, brand takeovers, and spark ads.
Skilled in using editing applications like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects to create high-quality content.
