We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to serve as Manager Tenant Relation. This role plays a strategic part in building long-term relationships with tenants and maintaining a supportive and professional business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives for tenant service.
- Establish and evaluate tenant service policies and procedures.
- Address high-level tenant concerns with effective problem-solving.
- Analyze tenant satisfaction data and develop actionable insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with key tenants and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in tenant relations or customer experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
