Company Description
Established in 2011 in the early days of Pelita Biomedical as a Distributor of BC Medical, a tool to calibrate medical devices, then developed into a distributor of consumables for surgical treatment. Sinapi, Hagmed, Isomed and BC Biomedical.
Our business has a lot to do with the needs of surgeons, both general surgery, Vascular Surgery and Cardiovascular Thorax Surgery. Therefore, the direction of the development of our company is clear where it is going. This company was formed by founders who are experienced in the health sector.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also lead and manage a team to maximize productivity and foster a culture of success and growth.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with strong skills in customer relationship management, business development, and account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels both verbally and in writing
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop and execute sales strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required
• A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
