Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of application sales representatives or account executives, setting sales goals and strategies for achieving them.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities for application sales.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to promote and sell the application, software, or technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the application, software, or technology solutions being sold and communicate its value proposition effectively.
- Lead negotiations with clients, close sales deals, and ensure contracts are executed properly.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and progress toward sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated approach to application sales.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, including 4 years of experience in sales management or leadership roles.
- Strong industry knowledge, including familiarity with relevant applications, software, or technology solutions.
- A proven track record in sales, negotiation, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including motivating and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Solid understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in the application sales field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- A customer-focused approach to understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
