Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the restaurant’s daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the restaurant staff.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
• To develop and implement promotional activities and events.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
• Good leader, very good interpersonal skill, proactive and initiative.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and customer service,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
