About Designer Industrial Designing Head
Responsible for re-engineering a new product, concept and materials product.
What You Will Do
- Developing new solutions for new products and ranges, supporting research, conceptualization, and visualization of new ideas.
- Upgrading existing products and evolving ranges to improve quality, processes, and materials focused on sustainability goals.
- Delivering production drawings, bill of materials, and installation instructions.
- Dealing with product inquiries and orders, setting up and maintaining products on the company ERP system.
- Maintaining a 3D and 2D CAD library of products.
What You Will Need
- 5+ years experience in the indoor furniture industry.
- 5+ years experience in product engineering.
- 3+ years of experience re-engineering a new product.
- A collaborative leader, leading by example and encouraging team members to innovate, improve and solve customer needs.
- Experience with furniture and related categories.
- Adaptable, with a hungry-to-grow mindset.
- Resourceful, proactive, and a true team player.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Willing to visit the factory 2 times a week.
