Location : Sentul, Bogor

Job Description:

Memimpin riset & pengembangan formulasi produk kimia baru
Melakukan improvement produk eksisting (kualitas, efisiensi, cost reduction)
Mengelola tim R&D/laboratorium
Memastikan produk sesuai standar mutu & regulasi (BPOM, ISO, K3, dll)
Koordinasi dengan tim Produksi untuk scale-up dari lab ke produksi
Mengelola budget & timeline proyek R&D

Kualifikasi:

S1 Teknik Kimia/Kimia/Farmasi
Min. 2-5 tahun pengalaman di R&D industri kimia
Memahami formulasi kimia & teknik analisis lab
Familiar dengan regulasi industri kimia (BPOM, REACH, GHS, ISO)
Leadership kuat & kemampuan project management
Dapat menjalankan program Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
