Manager purchasing

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
4. Strong expertise in Purchasing Management and Supplier Management
5. Experienced in developing new suppliers (Develop New Supplier)
6. Source and manage local and international suppliers for raw materials (waste tires/rubber chips).
7. Having a network of local and overseas suppliers will be an advantage
8. Understanding of purchasing processes, cost analysis, and market development
9. Able to work under targets and possess strong leadership skills
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Willing to work full-time and travel for business trips (domestic & overseas)
13. Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all company purchasing activities
2. Search for, evaluate, and develop new suppliers
3. Negotiate prices, quality, and lead times with suppliers
4. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers
5. Develop effective and efficient purchasing strategies
6. Ensure material availability according to production requirements
7. Having a network in the mining and heavy equipment industries will be prioritized
8. Prepare periodic purchasing reports
9. Control cost efficiency and achieve company targets
