Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing, with at least 2–3 years in a Managerial or Assistant Manager position.
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
- Sound understanding of food safety and quality standards in the FMCG industry (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and Halal Certification).
- Proven leadership skills in managing sourcing teams and procurement operations.
- Strong negotiation skills, market price analysis, and supplier legal contract management.
- Strong data analytical skills to drive cost-saving strategies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (especially for communicating with international/import suppliers).
