• Manage monthly payroll process for employees of clients who are outsourced employees
• Ensure compliance with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21, and other statutory deductions
• Prepare payroll summary, payslips, and reports to management
• Handle employee database, contracts, and renewals
• Coordinate with accounting for payroll journal and tax filing
