- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, resorts, hotels, or the tourism industry, with proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage cross-departmental operations and ensure the achievement of company targets.
- Knowledge of cost control, revenue optimization, performance evaluation, and customer service standards.
- Results-oriented, highly disciplined, professional, and accountable.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
