Kualifikasi :

* Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen Bisnis/Retail, Marketing, atau bidang terkait.

* Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dengan posisi manajerial dibidang F&B atau franchise.

* Mampu menyusun strategi operasional dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target sales

* Terbukti mampu meningkatkan omzet dan efisiensi operasional.

* Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analisis data operasional problem-solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.

* Berorientasi pada target dan kepuasan pelanggan.

* Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris atau Mandarin secara aktif.

* Memiliki sim A dan C.

* Negotiation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

* Mengelola dan monitoring serta evaluasi performa outlet dan operasional agar berjalan dengan baik (termasuk review bulanan).

* Memastikan standar kualitas layanan dan produk F&B tetap terjaga di seluruh outlet.

* Menangani keluhan pelanggan secara profesional dan cepat tanggap.

* Siap bekerja secara mobile dan fleksibel (bersedia lembur jika dibutuhkan)
