JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strategic planning: Formulate objectives and strategies to improve performance
- Budget management: Oversee production budgets and make informed decisions about cash flow
- Quality assurance: Ensure products and services meet quality standards and comply with regulations
- Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Communication: Maintain communication with staff, managers, and vendors
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Work with other departments to achieve organizational goals
- Customer relationship management: Resolve customer concerns and inquiries
- Compliance: Ensure the organization is legally compliant with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Staff management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff
