Mates Coffee Jakarta is looking for an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to lead our daily café operations, drive team performance, and help us create an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth business performance.
* Lead, coach, and develop café teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, and overall profitability.
* Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, and cleanliness.
* Create and implement operational systems, SOPs, and performance improvements.
* Work closely with the marketing and management team to achieve business goals.
* Analyze operational data and provide actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
* Maximum age: 35 years old.
* Proven experience leading and managing a café, coffee shop, or F&B business.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain high operational standards.
* Good understanding of inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
* Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are a plus.
