OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations across both store locations to ensure smooth execution, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Set operational KPIs for store teams, monitor daily sales targets, and implement strategies to drive revenue and customer foot traffic.
- Manage overall stock inventory levels across both stores and event inventories to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift rosters, performance evaluations, and training programs focused on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Estimate, plan, and allocate optimal product stock levels specifically dedicated to upcoming events and pop-up activations based on target sales and historical data.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Currently residing in or based in Bali (or willing to relocate immediately).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Management, or Event Management (at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred).
- High mobility to travel regularly between the two store locations and event venues.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays (especially during peak retail seasons or major events).
- Result-oriented, highly organized, and detail-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong ability to recruit, train, lead, and mentor store staff and event execution crews across multiple locations.
- Deep understanding of daily store management, inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
