### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Leader marketplace to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online shop marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, supply chain management, and team leadership. The Operations Manager will ensure seamless operations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Operational Oversight:**

- Manage and streamline daily operations of the online marketplace, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics.

- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

- Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

2. **Vendor and Supplier Management:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.

- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.

- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.

3. **Inventory Management:**

- Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.

- Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular audits.

- Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers to meet seasonal or promotional needs.

4. **Customer Experience:**

- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction.

- Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.

- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to operational processes.

5. **Team Leadership:**

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

6. **Process Improvement:**

- Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

7. **Reporting and Analytics:**

- Generate and analyze operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, delivery times, and inventory turnover.

- Provide actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

8. **Compliance and Risk Management:**

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions to business operations.

9. Management of Host live streamer to ensure smooth operation.

### **Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or online retail.

- Proven track record of managing supply chain, logistics, and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

- **Skills:**

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management software, and data analytics tools.
