General Qualifications :
1. Male/Female, minimum age of 25 years
2. At least 2 years of experience teaching English
3. Experience as an academic or student affairs coordinator
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written (Candidates with certifications such as IELTS or TOEFL will be preferred)
5. Familiar with academic policies, curriculum standards, and educational regulations
6. Ability to oversee and manage academic programs, ensuring quality and effectiveness
7. Experience in mentoring and supporting teachers in instructional strategies and professional development
