- Menyusun perencanaan (design & RAB), pelaksanaan & maintenance landscap di Kawasan Industri
- Menyusun laporan progress mingguan & bulanan
- Memastikan seluruh tanaman / pohon di area Kawasan Industri Cikembar (KIC) terawat dengan baik
- Menyusun rencana kerja perawatan dan pengawasan seluruh pekerjaan dan peralatan Departemen Landscape
- Membuat rencana kerja dan laporan pekerjaan harian, mingguan dan bulanan
- Melakukan fungsi pengawasan dan koordinasi dengan tim lapangan di seluruh area landscape KIC
- Menguasai dan memahami jenis-jenis dan kondisi tanaman, penanganan hama & penyakit tanaman
- Menguasai teknik perbanyakan tanaman, pembuatan pupuk kompos / pupuk organik
- Mampu membuat gambar design taman & RAB nya lebih disukai
