Job description for Manager Human Resources (HR) at PT. Yifang New Energy
- Establish and improve the HR management system
- Plan the annual development plan of the departement and provide and support to the company's strategic decisions from the HR perspective
- Company team building
- Recruitment and assessment management
- Job analysis and qualification management
- Performance appraisal management
- Employee relationship management
- Train and guide subordinates
- Other assigned by superiors.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or other management (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 5 years working experience in HR Management
- Have the experience and abality to independently build human resource management system, Rich experience in human resource management
- Proficient in HR principles, labor and personnel policies, laws, and regulations
- Relevant working experience in large manufacturing enterprices
- Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, coordination and organization skills, good team work spirit.
- Proficiency in HR software and Office software.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good organizational concept, good people management ability to work under presure, have a sense of purpose
- English communication ability
- Chinese communication ability (if have)
