HR MANAGER (SURABAYA)
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as an HR Manager in a Heavy Equipment Industry.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate programs to address them.
- Skill in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and provide direction for HR.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant software tools.
- Upholding a high level of integrity and ethics, especially when dealing with sensitive HR matters.
- Understanding of environmental management principles and experience in implementing environmental sustainability practices.
