✨ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or equivalent leadership role.
- Experienced in managing HR functions within a large-scale holding company or multi-company environment.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, and Industrial Relations.
- Solid understanding of workforce planning, talent management, organizational structure, performance management, and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the telecommunications, ISP, or infrastructure industry is a plus.
