Job Qualification:
Age 30-40 years
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Law and related major.
Proven 3 years or more working experience as HRGA Manager.
Excellent knowledge about Labor Law regulations and Human Resources best practices.
Excellent knowledge about Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefit Design, Organization Development, Employee Relation and General Affairs.
Good knowledge of office procedures and procurement of goods and services.
Managerial experience and skills.
Mastering Google Apps (spreadsheet, drive, slide etc.) and Ms. Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and has high initiative.
Able to work in a team.
