Key responsibilities
- Control incoming and outgoing inventory and ensure physical stock matches system data
- Conduct periodic stock checks and anticipate shortages and discrepancies
- Examine and evaluate purchases from suppliers for type, quantity, price, and quality compliance
- Oversee stock requirements and procurement processes
- Review employee attendance and daily wage calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare payroll reports
- Oversee petty cash inflows and outflows and verify transaction receipts and cash balance accuracy
- Prepare petty cash reports regularly
- Ensure smooth daily operations and prepare routine reports to management
- Evaluate and improve work system efficiency and coordinate work across departments
About you
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Data analysis, administration, and inventory management capabilities
- Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, assertive, and responsible
- Able to lead teams, organize work, and resolve problems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in IT/Information Systems or fastener (bolts and nuts) industry preferred
