What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years work experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution, with minimum 2-3 years in managerial/supervisory position
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), and advanced Microsoft Excel for macro data analysis
- Understanding of land/sea/air transportation regulations, fleet management, occupational health and safety (K3) procedures in logistics area, and third-party vendor management
- Strong leadership capability, quick problem-solving ability in field, cost analysis skills, and reliable negotiation capability
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets, adaptability to logistics technology changes, and strong communication for cross-divisional coordination
What You'll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate daily distribution operations from central warehouse to distributor networks, retail, or end customers
- Control distribution and logistics budget costs to ensure efficiency without reducing service quality standards
- Optimize performance of internal fleet and third-party logistics vendor partnerships
- Monitor, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for distribution to General Manager and Board of Directors
- Develop and implement new standard operating procedures (SOP) for distribution to improve safety and productivity
- Resolve tactical field constraints related to delivery delays, damaged goods, and customer complaints
