Roles and Responsibilities :
Role & Responsibilities: Manager/Director (Creative Graphic Designer & Branding)
1. Team leadership & creative direction
o Set creative vision, design standards, and brand guidelines for the team
o Guide designers on style, typography, layout, color, and brand consistency
o Assign work, prioritize deliverables, and manage timelines across projects
o Conduct regular feedback sessions and help designers grow their skills
o Maintain a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high-quality output
2. Expert in Brand strategy & brand management
o Own day-to-day execution of branding requirements across channels
o Ensure brand identity remains consistent (logos, fonts, colors, tone, visuals)
o Translate brand strategy into visual systems (identity, campaigns, templates)
o Monitor brand performance/consistency and recommend improvements
o Manage brand assets and ensure correct usage by internal teams/partners
3. Most Responsible to overview or hands on in Design production & quality control
o Review design work for accuracy, polish, and alignment with brand goals
o Ensure deliverables meet specifications (format, resolution, accessibility needs)
o Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand collateral (presentations, social, ads, packaging, etc.)
o Implement version control and approval workflows to prevent rework
o Ensure final outputs are print/digital ready and compliant with requirements
4. Client/stakeholder management**
o Collect requirements from stakeholders (marketing, sales, product, leadership)
o Present design concepts, justify creative choices, and handle revisions
o Manage expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables
o Coordinate with external vendors (printers, agencies, photographers, freelancers)
o Ensure approvals happen smoothly and decisions are documented
5. Process, tools & operational management**
o Define and improve creative processes (briefing, concepting, review cycles, handoff)
o Maintain creative documentation (style guides, templates, naming conventions)
o Oversee use of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, asset libraries)
o Train team members on workflows and ensure proper asset organization
o Track project status, resource needs, and workload balancing
6. Budget, planning & resource allocation**
o Plan project schedules and allocate design resources effectively
o Estimate effort and cost for design work and external support
o Reduce turnaround time by improving workflows and reducing bottlenecks
o Ensure projects stay within budget and adjust priorities when needed
7. Performance measurement & continuous improvement

o Set creative KPIs (quality scores, turnaround times, brand consistency checks)
o Review outcomes of branding/campaign designs and identify improvement opportunities
o Encourage experimentation while maintaining brand consistency
o Stay updated on design trends, tools, and branding best practices

8. Research-Led Market & Client Insight
o Conduct market research to identify trends, category dynamics, and untapped segments
o Perform audience and competitor research to uncover positioning opportunities
o Use findings to shape strategic branding recommendations and go-to-market directionTranslate research into evidence-backed insights for leadership and clients
o Build and maintain research frameworks (brief templates, discovery guides, competitor matrices)

9. Client Discovery, Solution Consulting & Proposal Development
o Lead discovery calls to understand brand challenges, objectives, and decision criteria
o Ask research-informed questions to define scope, deliverables, and success metrics
o Develop proposals and scopes that clearly articulate outcomes, timelines, and value
o Tailor branding packages (e.g., brand strategy, identity design, messaging, brand guidelines)
o Position the consultancy credibly using case evidence, benchmarks, and customer insights
o Handle objections by using data, research rationale, and outcome-based talking points
10. Partnerships & Channel Growth
o Source and develop partnerships with agencies, media, PR firms, web studios, and vendors
o Create collaboration proposals and define mutual value and revenue-sharing models (if applicable)
o Attend networking events, industry meetups, and conferences to expand brand visibility
o Co-market services and support partners with research assets and pitch materials
11. Delivery Support (Quality Assurance + Client Success)
o Collaborate with strategy/design teams to ensure research inputs are applied correctly
o Ensure client expectations are aligned with deliverables and project scope
o Track engagement progress and support smooth onboarding/communication
o Capture feedback after milestones to refine future pitches and improve conversion
