- Set strategy, GMV targets, and monthly campaign plans per channel (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, Website).
- Manage store performance: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ratings, and account health.
- Manage marketplace ad budgets and performance (Shopee Ads, GMV Max, etc.) against clear ROAS targets.
- Manage listings, pricing, promos, vouchers, and bundles to stay competitive without sacrificing margin.
- Run the major campaign calendar (double dates, Payday, Harbolnas) with the Creative, Livestream, and Affiliate teams.
- Align sales forecasts and stock with Warehouse and Purchasing to prevent out of stock and overstock.
- Maintain relationships with marketplace Account Managers for campaign slots and brand programs.
- Lead the Digicom team and present weekly and monthly channel P&L reports.
REQUIREMENT :
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Management, Business, or Marketing. - Min. 5 years in e-commerce/marketplace, min. 2 years as Manager or Lead.
- Has handled a brand with online GMV of min. IDR 1 billion/month, preferably fashion, apparel, sport, or outdoor.
- Proficient in Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada seller centers and website management (Shopify/WooCommerce).
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards) and solid understanding of unit economics and SKU margin.
- Experience leading a team of min. 5 people.
- Age 28 to 40, target oriented, ready to work during campaign peaks.
- Has managed an Official Store/Mall, understands TikTok GMV Max ads and marketplace tax.
