Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify high-potential industries and aggressively acquire new clients to accelerate market expansion and revenue growth.
- Actively hunt, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through in-depth market research, competitor intelligence, and strategic opportunity assessment.
- Own and consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with full accountability for revenue performance.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and solution pitching to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely and profitable conversions.
- Build and execute data-driven sales forecasts, pipeline strategies, and go-to-market initiatives to drive scalable and sustainable growth.
- Drive cross-functional execution by collaborating closely with internal teams to remove blockers, accelerate deal closures, and maximize revenue outcomes within a hybrid work environment.
- Report directly to the COO and CEO, contributing hands-on insights to long-term business strategy and shaping FUSENA Digital’s growth roadmap.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within media agencies, digital agencies, or performance marketing agencies, with a strong focus on new client acquisition.
- Proven and consistent track record as a new business hunter, with clear evidence of closing deals, exceeding sales targets, and driving net-new revenue growth.
- Possess an established, active, and monetizable network of decision-makers, including Business Owners, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and senior stakeholders across key industries.
- Strong ability to open doors, build pipelines, and convert opportunities independently, from cold/warm outreach through negotiation and deal closure.
- Excellent consultative selling, pitching, and closing skills, with experience managing and closing mid-to-large, high-value deals.
- Highly results-driven and target-obsessed, with the resilience and discipline to operate in a fast-paced, performance-oriented sales environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasting tools, and performance reporting to manage and scale sales activities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, German, or French will be considered a strong advantage.
- Based in Jabodetabek or willing to relocate, with flexibility to meet clients and pursue opportunities aggressively.
