Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in MEP or Building Management Systems.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP systems management and building maintenance.
- Experience leading technical teams or building management.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.).
- Understanding of building safety standards and maintenance planning.
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for the operation of building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Handles and minimizes disruptions to high-rise building systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for building management.
- Creates work schedules, supervises technicians, and evaluates staff performance.
- Responsible for daily maintenance and handles repairs and emergency situations.
- Operates building management systems and refrigeration systems efficiently.
- Develops budgets, manages procurement procedures, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Leads the maintenance and engineering team, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Manages projects, negotiates contracts, and procures supplies.
- Maintains HVAC, fire, plumbing, and electrical systems, and conducts emergency safety tests.
- Responsible for monthly reports of technician work.
- Responsible for providing technical services to tenants.
- Monitors the recording of electricity and water meters for tenants and the entire building.
- Implements operational efficiency for the building.
