- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading administrative, financial, or project management functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting and corporate financial management.
- Knowledge of project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Experience handling HR functions, such as workforce management, human resource, and legal document.
- Familiarity with handling documents related to foreign stay permits.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, ensuring work targets are achieved with high efficiency.
- Proficient in active English, both written and spoken.
