Manager Accounting & Inventory Control

Tujuan Posisi

Mengelola seluruh aktivitas accounting dan inventory control perusahaan agar berjalan akurat, efektif, terkontrol, serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan dan stok yang valid untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan.

Kualifikasi Posisi

Minimal S1 Accounting / Finance / Management
Memiliki sertifikasi Brevet atau sertifikasi accounting menjadi nilai tambah
Minimal pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang Accounting & Inventory
Minimal 1–2 tahun di posisi leadership / managerial
Berpengalaman menangani stock opname, HPP, audit internal, rekonsiliasi stok, closing bulanan, serta terbiasa menggunakan sistem inventory dan keuangan
Memahami accounting cycle, financial report, cash flow, cost control, inventory management, HPP, dan closing
Menguasai Excel, spreadsheet, software accounting & inventory, serta analisa data stok dan keuangan
Memahami alur gudang dan distribusi
Memiliki leadership dan problem solving yang baik
Detail dan teliti
Memiliki integritas tinggi
Tegas dalam kontrol
Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline
Komunikatif antar departemen

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Mengontrol seluruh proses accounting perusahaan
Memastikan jurnal dan transaksi tercatat dengan benar
Mengawasi proses closing harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
Memastikan laporan keuangan akurat dan tepat waktu
Mengontrol akurasi stok fisik dan sistem
Memastikan seluruh pergerakan barang tercatat dengan benar
Mengawasi stock opname rutin
Memonitor selisih stok dan melakukan investigasi
Mengontrol aging stock dan slow moving stock
Memastikan proses inbound & outbound barang sesuai SOP
Membuat laporan berupa inventory report, HPP, margin analysis, dan laporan keuangan lainnya
Menganalisa selisih stok dan kerugian operasional
Memberikan rekomendasi efisiensi biaya dan stok
Membuat dan memastikan SOP accounting & inventory berjalan
Mengembangkan sistem kontrol internal
Memastikan seluruh approval dan dokumen berjalan sesuai prosedur
Berkoordinasi dengan warehouse, purchasing, sales, dan operasional
Mengatur dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim accounting & inventory
Membagi workload dan target kerja tim
Memberikan training dan evaluasi berkala
Menjaga kedisiplinan dan ketelitian tim
