Job Description:
- Record daily financial transactions (cash, bank, accounts receivable/payable)
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Perform bank and petty cash reconciliation
- Handle tax reporting (VAT, PPh, etc.) on Cortex
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Assist in budget planning and realization reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits
- Plan and prioritize vendor/supplier payments in alignment with fund availability and company policies.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow, including cash flow projections and funds allocation.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Budgeting).
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting roles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting & tax systems
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Zahir)
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese (have JLPT N3)
