Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Business, Accounting, or Information Systems
- Minimum GPA: 3.00 / 3.25 (depending on university accreditation)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills, proactive, responsible, responsive, and diligent
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fast learner, adaptable to change, and eager to learn
- Active in student organizations or extracurricular activities
- Willing to be assigned to any Intisera Group business unit, branch, or operational location, and to travel for business as required
