Job description for Management Trainee at PT HIT International

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree from all Majors
Fresh graduates from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00, or young professionals with less than 2 years of work experience in IT or Education business company
Have an interest in IT technology (hardware or software) and educational platforms
Updates with the use of technology such as AI (Artificial Intelligence)
Experience in organizations preferred
Fluent in English communication is a must
Have good Leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good in adapt and collaborate within cross-departmental teams
Have effective multitasking and time management skills
Able to think creatively and analyze every activity/project
Have strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities and can work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Provide corrective actions/corrections and solution ideas

• Handle and complete assigned projects/tasks, and create reports and project evaluations

• Participate in training programs across various functions such as operations, IT, marketing, finance, and project management

• Willing to work assigned out of town
