Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Forestry
- Minimum GPA of 3.25
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Fluent English communication
- Analytical and proactive mindset
- Willingness to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
