Qualification:
- Fresh graduates (open to all majors)
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Experience in leading an organization
- Strong conceptual thinking and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and planning abilities
- Willing to be placed in all regions across Indonesia
- Officially graduated (holding a graduation certificate or diploma) and available to start the program in December 2026
