- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with min. 1 year of experience.
- Passionate about hospitality, retail, edutainment, and customer-centric businesses.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Willing to work under shifts shedule including on weekend and public holiday
- Willing to be placed across BUUMI outlet locations.
- Demonstrates fundamental leadership is a plus
- Able to commit to the full cycle of the Management Trainee Program
