Job description for Management Resto at Hifive Chicken
- Mengawasi dan mengelola operasi harian restoran.
- Memastikan kualitas makanan, layanan, dan kebersihan restoran sesuai standar perusahaan.
- Memimpin, melatih, dan memotivasi tim untuk mencapai target kinerja.
- Mengelola inventaris, stok bahan, dan pengendalian biaya operasional.
- Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Menganalisis laporan penjualan dan kinerja untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.
- Berkoordinasi dengan manajemen pusat untuk implementasi kebijakan dan promosi.
